Born in Huangchuan, Henan. In 2007, Peng was graduated form the Oil Painting Department of Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts and acquired the master’s degree. At present, Peng is teaching at the Oil Painting Department of Xi’an Academy of Fine arts.
