Born in Inner Mongolia, China. He received the Bachelor's Degree of Oil Painting Discipline -Fine Arts Department of the Faculty of Arts of Central University for Nationalities in 1988. In 1999, he attended the 9th Research Class of the Department of Oil Painting of Central Academy of Fine Art of China. Currently works as a teacher at the Oil Painting Discipline of Beijing Youth Political College, also is a member of Beijing Artists Association of China.
