"Besides being able to see evil and negativity, I believe that people can also communicate through their eyes. When you see that a person's eyes are filled with power, you can also gain their strength. That's why the element of the eye becomes an important aspect of my creations." — Miwa Komatsu

Miwa Komatsu discovered from a young age that she could see the spiritual forms of departed souls. Through intuition and meditation, she established a connection with another world. For Miwa Komatsu, the eyes are a profoundly significant element. She uses various colors to convey different emotions, highlighting the eyes as windows to the soul and achieving a captivating effect. Her artwork is imbued with the mystical aura of the otherworldly. The central part of the fetal cell's head in her paintings is adorned with prominent eyes, imbuing the fetus with a powerful sense of life.
