TSAI YUNCHENG is an overseas Chinese artist, and created “blue school” which was greatly renowned in Europe and America for decades. His achievements were acknowledged and was honored Distinguish Achievement Award of International Biography Center, Cambridge, England in 1979; elected academician of Academie Europeenne de Sciences in 1980; Peace Award of Albert Einstein International Academy in 1990; one of the few artists who received the Twentieth Century Award for Achievement from International Biography Center, Cambridge, England in 1992.
