Among all water ink paintings, Wu Zuo Ren is best renowned for the vivid “Golden Fish”. Under Wu ZuoRen’s brushstrokes, the fish are painted in a clean yet charming style. The strokes are continuous from the abdomen to the tail. Swimming between the lotus leaves, the movement and image beauty is revealed between each move. It’s an embodiment of tranquility and momentum, making the picture clean and simple, and the margin kept for a unique concept of Zen.
