Huang Zhi Qiong’s artworks are associated with extreme entertainment. Extreme roller-coaster rides and bungee jumps can bring about feeling the excitement in life and existence. Thrill that has been provoked, and also the exaggerated expressions of tension, fear and playfulness can be seen in the painting. The lively and prosperous urban life is a paradise for entertainment; it is also a place for desire and pleasant sensations that spins people’s minds. Throughout the rides, other than screaming and facial expressions, nothing else prevails. The content from fun liberalizes the individual. Huang Zhi Qiong focuses on the tensed body figures which try to validate their existence through extreme entertainment.
