i Dachun’s paintings are interesting and smart, wisdom and humor lies within. Perhaps it all came from his personality. However, there are yet more ideals and spirits in them, to him, paintings are not just about techniques. His non-stop pursuing the aspect of history and to delivery a humble humor is his ultimate goal. In the painting “To dress up as Rembrandt Van Rijn”, the little men all stay in the middle of the canvas, with white space around, hollow yet quite.
