Wei Le Tang (John Way) artwork shows image, the mean between abstract and purpose, a balance between one’s inner world and outer environment; a meditation and thought only understood by Chinese because Chinese characters are always presented by an image.  Therefore, Wei Le Tang used calligraphy in his paintings to create an abstract appearance yet with an inner spirit and image. This “ ” shows his striking talents in the use of colors.  He presents a feeling that cannot be fathom with simple colors, luring the viewers into his design of colors.
