Zhang Nian’s “Chinese Dream” is represented with an egg, a direct implication of the hatching of a new China in his mind.  Sun Yat Sen is drawn in “Chinese Dream- Sun Yat Sen” showing the relationship of breeder and egg, a prerequisite before the egg.  Regardless the real or art world, for 19 years Zhang Nian anticipated for an “ideal environment”, not fame, but for a home and for dawn to come.  Zhang Nian has no doctrine in mind, but he needs an ideal environment: Utopia for him to place hopes on.
