Exposition：

Wang Xiu Qi is a distinguished stone carving artist in this profession for more than 20 years.  After the passing of time and throes from weather, stones no longer merely show their physical appearances but the strength for fighting against adverse circumstances.  Wang Xiu Qi’s dialogue with the stones is a testimony of life experiences and vitality. With her skills, stones transform into pieces of valuable stone carvings.  This artwork 「Kirin (Chinese Unicorn)」is a mythical beast in Chinese ancient legend, it can live up to 2000 years.  The male is called “Qi” and the female is called “Rin”, together they are called “Kirin”.
