ZHONG CHENG

鄭君殿 JENG JUNDIAN ( b.1963 )

Jeng Jun-dian, born in 1963 in Kinmen, graduated from the National Academy of Arts (now the National Taipei University of the Arts) in 1987. He lived in Paris from 1996 to 1998 and currently resides in Taipei. Jeng Jun-dian's creative core revolves around light and color. In the early stages of his artistic career, he focused on abstract painting, producing a large body of abstract works. From the mid-1990s, he shifted to depicting the world through color lines, intersecting lines, networks, and grids, which marked the beginning of his highly individualized artistic style.
