Li Fu Yuan was born in Yunan China, he enrolled in Beijing Art School in 1957. He was a student of Wu Guangzhong. Li is skilled in painting all types of animals and landscape sceneries with strong composition and bold use of colors. He was commissioned to create a mural for the Qiqihar Railway Station. He held many solo exhibitions overseas, including: “Outward Appearance – Li Fuyuan’s Colored Ink World” (2017, Beijing, Time Museum); “Li Fu Yuan New Works Exhibition” (2002, Singapore, Xinhua Art Center); “Li Fu Yuan Retrospective Exhibition” (1997, Singapore, Xinhua Art Center); “Li Fu Yuan Solo Exhibition” (1996, Taipei Art Fair).
