Born in Yunnan in 1964, and graduated from Yunnan Art Academy, Fine Art Dept. He currently teaching at Yunnan Yuhsi Normal School as vice chairman of the department. Zhang is a member of the Association of Chinese Artists. Zhang's idea of painting is warm and rigorous, the style is simple also touching. He always expresses the story of himself clearly and sincerely by academicism skills. Perhaps he narrates is only a story, a poetry, even section of legends, but it always let people feel a little mystery and graceful. Zhang won several awards in recent years, that also show his potential of art.
