Born in Nanjing, Ge graduated form Nanjing Academy of Fine Arts in 1989. He became a free artist at Yuanwing Yuan during 1993 to 1995. And then taught at Huaihai Institute from 1995. His work “Tree” had won the prize at “ 1st Exhibition of Young Artists Association of JiangZu”. “Artist” had participated in Shanghai Artfair and published in 1999. “Chinese Kungfu” and “HsiangHsi” had participated in “the Exhibition between China and Korea”, also collected and published in 2000. “Floating”, “Chinese Kungfu”, “Roaring”, “Self Portrait”, “City”, had published in JiangZu Pictorial Issue 2, 2001.He held a exhibition at Beijing 798, and several of his works are collected by Galleries and private individuals.
