Born in Honan, graduated form Political Campaign University, Department of Fine Arts. Fong has been worked at China Television Company as Art Design. Fong was invited by Liu Kuosong to join the Fifth Moon Group in 1961, and immigrated to USA in 1975, devoted himself to research the art of painting. Solo exhibitions have held at National Museum of History, Taipei; San Diego Museum of Fine Arts, Downtown Gallery, USA; Culture Center of American, Hong Kong. Fong also invited to participate in exhibitions as “San Paulo’s International Biennial”, Brazil; “Paris International Biennial”, France; “Chinese Contemporary Painting Exhibition”, Rome; and other exhibitions with the Fifth Moon Group. Fong’s works are widely collected by museums overseas.
