ZHONG CHENG

顏雲連 YAN YUNLIAN (b.1922)

Born in Taipei, studied for four years in the Sino-Japanese Graduate institute of Art. He learned about oil painting, pastels, and sketching. He works in art design and interior design, a representative figure of the early stages of Taiwan’s interior design world. His most well-known project is the Bolero restaurant. He has won the Sino-Japanese Artistic Cultural Award, an award form the Society for Advancement for Taiwanese Culture and from the Association of Education in Taiwan. He has held solo and joint exhibitions in Taiwan and Japan.
