Born in Taipei, Taiwan. He was graduated from Fine Arts Department of Chinese Culture University in 1990, and the completed the M.F.A. Program of Taipei National University of the Arts. He has been serving as the part-time lecturer at the same school since graduation in 2003. He had been awarded the first prize of the Oil Painting in the competition held by Chinese Culture University in 1988, the third prize of printmaking of “ The 4th Taipei county Art Exhibition” (1992), and the first prize of the “fifth Chi Mei Culture Foundation” (1992). Hisrecent important individual exhibitions include ” Ku Ho Chung individual exhibition”, 2008, Taipei, Taiwan; “Observed Phenomenon Ho-Chung Ku”, 2004, Hsinchu, Taiwan, Nhcue Art Space; “Oil Painting Exhibitions of Ku Ho Chung”, 2004, Taipei, Taiwan, Hong Gah Museum.
