ZHONG CHENG

Hung Tung Lu was born in Taiwan, he completes his degree in Tainan National University of the Arts, Graduate Institute of Plastic Art and is currently living in Beijing. His solo exhibitions include: “Barging into Heaven”(1997, New Paradise Art Space, Taiwan); ”Mangas and Contemporary Art by Hung Tung-Lu”(2001, Hall-Ottowa Art Gallery, Canada); ”Hung Tun-Lu Solo Exhibitions”(2002, Marco Noire Contemporary, Italy); ”@-may Cyberspace”(2002, IT park Gallery, Taipei Taiwan); ”Nivana”(2002, Taipei Fine Arts Museum, Taiwan ); ”KARMA”(2004, Lin&Keng Gallery, Taipei, Taiwan); ”Android”(2008, IT park Gallery, Taipei, Taipei). “Road, Not Just in Between Two Dots” (2011, Lin Lin Gallery, Taipei); “Chinese Contemporary Art Invitation Exhibition” (2010, China, Shenzhen Art Museum). Group exhibitions include: Venice Biennia l(1999); 3les Recontres internationals de la Photograph, Arles(2000);  Taipei Biennial (2000); Arco (2001) and Shanghai Biennale (2004). His work is in the collection of Paris-China Century Foundation in Paris, Marco Noire Contemporary Art Museum in Italy and Taipei Fine Art Museum. His work “Virtuality is Reality” and “Nirvana” from the image series is a practive of fully digitalizing virtual art.
