Born in jiangsu, China. Gao graduated from Sculpture Department of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute in 1986, and afterwards worked in the sculpture fresco studio in Sichuan. He then graduated from the Sir John Cass Faculty of Arts, Design & Manufacture of City of London Polytechnic in 1992. Gao is a member of China Artist Association, and now is a professional sculptor. Many of his works were selected by various exhibitions, and collected by art institutions as well as private collectors
